About Us
Formed in 2012 as a registered charity, at Improving Lives, we have a clear purpose. This is to improve the lives of people with complex health and social needs within the Nottingham community.
We aim to achieve this by offering an individualised service to empower people to manage the challenges they face more effectively.
As a result of this, Improving Lives will enable people who use the service to make positive changes in their lives and participate in their communities.
